| Abstract | 「和文抄録」不妊治療中の女性の不確かさとその関連要因を明らかにする目的で, 不妊専門病院外来通院中の女性236名に対し質問紙調査を行った. 不確かさについては, 野川が開発した療養の場を問わずに使用できる病気の不確かさ尺度を使用した. その結果, 不確かさ尺度は総得点, 下位尺度とも高い傾向を示し, 不妊治療中の女性は, 不確かさを強く認識している可能性があることが示唆された. なお, 下位尺度の各26項目のうち, 最も高得点であったものは「何故妊娠しないかと思う」であった. また, 不確かさ尺度の総得点において, 年齢, 子どもの有無, 不妊原因が明らかか否か, 夫婦間調整テストの総得点に有意差が認められ, 中でも, 不確かさの強さに最も影響を及ぼす因子は, 夫であるパートナーとの関係性であることが明らかとなった. 以上より, 必要な看護ケアとして, 女性と共に不妊であることや不妊治療についての向き合い方について, 考え見通しをつけていくこと, パートナーがどのような不確かさを認識しているのかを理解したうえで, 不確かさについて, どのような相互作用が女性とパートナー間でなされているかを理解することが考えられた. |

| Abstract | We conducted a paper-based survey with 236 women undergoing outpatient treatment at a hospital specializing in infertility to elucidate the uncertainty felt by women undergoing such treatment as well as the related factors. For uncertainty, we used a universal uncertainty in illness scale developed by Nogawa that can be used regardless of the treatment venue. The results of the uncertainty scale showed a tendency for both the total score and subscale to be high, suggesting the possibility that women in infertility treatment were strongly aware of their uncertainty. Of the 26 items on the subscale, "Why do you think you can't get pregnant? " had the highest score. Additionally, in the total score on the uncertainty scale, there was a significant difference in the total scores for age, whether they already had children, whether the cause of infertility was clear, and the marital adjustment test, and of these it became clear that the factor with the greatest impact on the strength of uncertainty was the relationship with the husband as partner. Based on the above, in nursing care, an understanding of the kind of interaction between the woman and her partner regarding uncertainty is needed by considering and gaining the perspectives of the patients on confronting their infertility and its treatment and understanding the kind of uncertainty that the partner perceives. |
