| Abstract | 「要旨」本研究の目的は, Walker&Avantの概念分析アプローチ法を用いて, 看護におけるリフレクションの概念を識別し定義することである. 対象とした25文献より, 103のコードが得られ, 6つの属性, 5つの先行要件, 6つの帰結を命名し, リフレクションを「経験や看護実践を通して感じる違和感や気がかりを自覚し, 支援者の元で経験を語り, 自己を客観視することで視野が拡大し, 課題を発見して成長し, 意識変容と行動変容をもたらす一連の思考過程」と定義した. 先行研究では看護におけるリフレクションの概念として, 先行要件と属性を中心とした分析がなされており, リフレクションの帰結までは示されていなかった. 本研究では, リフレクションで得られるものは自分自身と向き合うことによる個人の成長であり, 意識変容だけでなく行動変容までを求めていることが明らかになった. これまでのリフレクションの概念分析から, リフレクションの概念がさらに進化していることが示唆された. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] This study distinguished between reflection in nursing and the concept analysis approach law of Walker and Avant. From 25 documents, 103 codes were obtained, and six attributes, five antecedents, and six consequences were named. I defined reflection as "a series of process of thinking that to be aware of a sense of incongruity and anxiety to feel through experience and nursing practice, and to talk about experience by the cause of the supporter, and a field of vision enlarged it by regarding self as objectivity and to discover a problem and grew up, and to bring consciousness transformation and action transformation." Precedent requirements and the analysis primarily on the attribute were accomplished as a concept of reflection in nursing in the precedent study and were not demonstrated until concluding the reflection. This study revealed that I demanded action transformation from personal growth. The concept of reflection might have evolved from the concept of analysis of past reflection. |
