| Abstract | 「要旨」本研究の目的は臨地実習中における看護学生の睡眠への影響を明らかにすることである. 文献検討の結果, 看護学生は臨地実習前より受け持つ対象を想像して事前学習や看護技術練習をすることが求められ, 臨地実習中は実習記録や課題に追われて睡眠時間の短縮を招いていることが明かになった. 看護学生は自らのストレスコーピング傾向を知り, 意図的に回避型コーピングを用いて息抜きを行い, 問題焦点型コーピングを主軸に記録物に取り組むことで, 睡眠時間を確保する必要がある. また, 睡眠の質の向上のために, 臨地実習によって抱えたストレスは友人や教員に相談し, 次の機会でうまく関われるよう工夫し, ストレス体験を反芻しないように努める必要がある. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] This study aimed to clarify how a clinical practicum affects nursing students' sleep during their training. The results of this literature review indicated that nursing students are required to study and practice nursing skills before the clinical practicum by imagining the patient they are going to care for. They are tied up with keeping practice records as well as conducting task-based studies during the practicum and end up not getting a full night's sleep. Nursing students need to recognize their stress-coping tendencies and intentionally use avoidance coping for a change of pace. They need to mainly use problem-focused coping so they can make sure to get enough sleep to work on maintaining the required records. Additionally, they need to improve the quality of sleep by trying not to dwell on stressful experiences from the clinical training. The students are encouraged to consult with friends and faculty members about the stress related to the clinical practicum and figure out better ways to engage with the patient and others. |
