| Abstract | 「要旨」終末期がん患者の家族に対し看護師が心がけているコミュニケーションについて文献検討を行った結果, 言語的コミュニケーションと非言語的コミュニケーションについて述べられている文献が8件あった. 看護師は家族とのコミュニケーションに重きを置いており, コミュニケーションを駆使して家族が抱える辛さの軽減を図っていた. また, 想いを傾聴しようとする姿勢は, 看護師を信頼できる身近な存在として認識してもらうことに繋がっていた. 看護師一人ひとりがコミュニケーションを通して家族の気持ちや考え方に関心を持っていることを示し, 安心感を与え信頼関係を構築していく必要性が示された. |

| Abstract | [Abstract] As a result of having performed documents examination about the communication that a nurse kept in mind for a family of patients with cancer for the end period, there were eight documents spoken about verbal communication and nonverbal communication. The nurse focused on the communication with the family and I made full use of a communication and planned reduction of the hotness that a family had. In addition, it was connected in having you recognize the posture that was going to listen to thought as the imminent existence that could trust a nurse. I showed that each nurse was interested in a feeling and the way of thinking of the family through communication, and I gave security, and the need that built a relationship of mutual trust was shown. |
