| Abstract | 「Summary」●21トリソミー児では, 死亡の多くが乳児期に集中しており, 予後因子は在胎週数・出生体重・先天性心疾患である. ●未熟児・低出生体重児に対する全身管理と心疾患・十二指腸閉鎖・一過性骨髄増殖症等の合併症に対する治療が必要となる. ●NICU卒業後は, 日常の健康管理に加え, 発達障害の問題を解決するための支援を提案することが求められる. ●成人診療科に円満な診療移行するための関係構築が必要である. |
