| Abstract | 「Summary」●Treponema pallidumの細菌感染症である梅毒は, 皮膚等から侵入して様々な症状を起こす. ●先天梅毒は, 胎内感染の検査所見, 早期先天梅毒症状, 晩期先天梅毒症状 (Hutchinson 3徴候) を呈す. ●自動化法による非トレポネーマテストとトレポネーマテスト同時測定がすすめられている. ●治療はペニシリンの静注が第1選択である. 梅毒感染児は, 性的虐待やHIV感染の可能性も考慮する. ●抗体価測定を4週ごとに実施し, 治療前値のおおむね1/2に低下すれば治癒と判定する. |
