| Abstract | 「Summary」●国際頭痛分類第3版には片頭痛の下位項目に片頭痛に関連する周期性症候群が収載されている. その片頭痛に関連する周期性症候群のなかに4疾患が含まれる. ●周期性嘔吐症候群, 腹部片頭痛, 良性発作性めまい, 発作性斜頸は突然はじまる症状があり, いずれの疾患も発作間欠期は無症状で症状は器質的疾患によらないことが診断のポイントである. ●周期性嘔吐症候群は小児科の日常診療をしていると遭遇する, そのため診断はもちろん治療法や予後なども知っておいたほうがよい. 治療法は発作時治療と予防療法に分けられる. ●腹部片頭痛と良性発作性めまい, 良性発作性斜頸は日常診療していても受診してくることはまれであるが疾患概念を覚えて診断はできたほうがよい. |
