| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」●わが国の小児ANCA関連血管炎(AAV)患者は, 成人同様に顕微鏡的多発血管炎(MPA)の患者が多くを占め, 多発血管炎性肉芽腫症(GPA)はMPAの1/4程度である. 好酸球性多発血管炎性肉芽腫症(EGPA)はきわめてまれである. ●成人と比較して異なる点は, 女児に多いこと, 多くのMPA患者が学校検尿を契機に発見されることである. ●生命予後, 腎予後は改善しているものの, 今なお10%以上が末期腎不全に進行するため, 小児に特化した治療ガイドラインの作成が急務である. |
