| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」●IgA血管炎はあらゆる年齢に発症し, 毛細血管・細静脈・細動脈などの小型血管にIgA優位の免疫沈着を伴う血管炎である. ●紫斑病性腎炎はIgA血管炎患者の30〜50%にみとめられ, そのほとんどが診断から半年以内に発症する. ●消化器症状は皮膚症状に先行することがあり, 注意が必要である. また, まれではあるが全身の臓器に症状を呈する可能性があり注意が必要である. |
