| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」●小児期発症の糖尿病は, 思春期以降の腎機能予後に影響する大きな要因の1つである. ●糖尿病診断後早期から初期の腎構造や機能の変化は生じはじめている. ●若年発症成人型糖尿病(MODY)の中には, 腎機能異常や腎奇形を伴うものも知られている. ●腎移植後発症の糖尿病(NODAT)は, 生命予後に影響し早期診断と早期治療が重要である. |
