| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」●PFAPA症候群は, 原因不明の自己炎症性疾患で, 自然治癒する予後良好の疾患である. ●発熱発作には副腎皮質ステロイド薬が, 発熱発作の予防にはシメチジンなどが用いられる. ●PFAPA症候群患者が発熱した際は, PFAPA症候群の発熱か否か, 注意深く診察することが重要である. |
