| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」●Ewing肉腫は小児から若年成人に発生する骨・軟部組織原発の悪性腫瘍である. ●EWSR1-FLI1に代表される特徴的なキメラ遺伝子をもつ. ●治療は多剤併用化学療法と局所治療 (手術, 放射線治療) を組み合わせて行う. ●限局例の予後は臨床試験の積み重ねにより著明な改善が得られている. ●転移例, 再発例の予後は依然として不良で, 新規治療が模索されている. ●初発時の標準導入化学療法は限局例, 転移例ともに治療間隔短縮VDC+IE療法である. |
