| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」●アフェレシスの目的は, 血漿中の有害物質や血球の除去, 血球採取に大別されるが, 疾患ごとの適応を適切に判断する. ●血栓性血小板減少性紫斑病は血漿交換が第一選択であり, 迅速に施行する. ●白血病による白血球増加症に対し, 過粘長症候群の対策として血球除去を目的としたアフェレシスが実施される. ●造血細胞移植の細胞源の確保のためにアフェレシスが実施される. 同種移植の場合はドナーの適格性をより慎重に判断する必要があり, ドナーの安全性を最優先して実施する. ●CAR-Tアフェレシスでは採取時期を適切に見極める必要がある. |
