| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」●小児期発症の全身性エリテマトーデス(SLE)では31.5%に血小板減少症を呈する. ●原発性免疫性血小板減少症(ITP)と比較してSLEの血小板減少症は軽症であることが多い. ●SLE関連の血小板減少症では, 自己抗体に起因する機序, 合併症, 液性因子が複雑に関連する. ●原発性ITPの診療中にSLEや抗リン脂質抗体症候群を合併することがあり, 注意が必要である. ●SLE治療中の血小板減少症では, 治療薬や免疫抑制状態における感染症も鑑別となる. |
