| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」●「小児IgA血管炎診療ガイドライン2023」が発行され, 初めて国内での診療指針が示された. ●紫斑病性腎炎はIgA血管炎の症状出現後, 多くは数日から1か月の間に所見をみとめるが, 発症6か月後までは経過をフォローすることが推奨される. ●小児腎臓病専門外来への紹介基準は, 腎機能低下時または血尿・蛋白尿出現時とされているが, 地域の医療事情により総合的に判断される必要がある. ●治療は腎生検による重症度により判断される. |
