Abstract	「要約」本研究は, 妊娠中の「母親役割・分娩準備」の程度と, 分娩満足度および育児肯定感の関連性を明らかにすることを目的とし, 初産婦103名, 経産婦112名を対象に質問紙調査を実施した. 調査内容は, 産褥2日目に「妊婦のセルフケア行動意図尺度」の下位尺度「母親役割準備・分娩準備」(眞鍋, 2001)と, 「出産体験自己評価尺度」(常盤2000), 産後1ヶ月に「産褥期育児生活肯定感尺度」(島田, 2003)とした. その結果, 初産婦では「母親役割・分娩準備」と出産体験自己評価尺度の3下位尺度と産褥期育児生活肯定感尺度の4下位尺度とは低い相関が認められた. 一方, 経産婦では出産体験自己評価尺度の3下尺位度とは低〜中程度の相関, 産褥期育児生活肯定感尺度の2下位尺度とは中程度の相関が認められた. さらに, 「母親役割準備・分娩準備」得点を高得点群(初産婦n=18, 経産婦n=17)と低得点群(初産婦n=14, 経産婦n=14)に分類し, 両群の比較を行ったところ, 初産婦・経産婦ともに, 「出産体験自己評価尺度」の2下位尺度においては, 高得点群の方が有意に高かった. さらに, 経産婦では「産褥期育児生活肯定感尺度」の2下位尺度において, 高得点群の方が有意に高かった. 今回の調査で, 妊娠中の母親役割準備・分娩準備は, 産後の出産満足度や育児肯定感に関連することが示唆された. これらのことから, 出産満足度や育児肯定感を高めるためには, 妊娠中から母親役割や分娩準備に関する保健指導を行い, セルフケアを充実させることが必要であると考える.

Abstract	The objective of this study is to clarify relevance of childbirth satisfaction and positive feelings toward childcare to degree of preparation behaviors of mother's role and childbirth. We conducted questionnaire surveys in 103 primigravidae and 112 multigravidae. Its contents were subscale of "Self-care behavioral intention scale for pregnant women", "Preparation for mother's role and childbirth" (Manabe, 2001) and "Childbirth experience self-assessment scale" (Tokiwa, 2000) on day 2 in puerperium and "Scale of positive feelings toward childcare in puerperium" (Shimada, 2003) at one month postpartum. As a result, "preparation for mother's role and childbirth" showed low correlation to third subscale of childbirth experience self-assessment scale, and fourth subscale of scale of positive feelings toward childcare in puerperium in primigravidae. However, in multigravidae, it showed low to medium correlation to fourth subscale of childbirth experience self-assessment scale, and medium correlation to second subscale of scale of positive feelings toward childcare in puerperium. Moreover, in group comparisons of high score group and low score group, grouped based on scores of "Preparation of mother's role and childbirth", its correlation to second subscale of childbirth experience self-assessment scale was significantly high in high group for both primigravidae and multigravidae. Also, for multigravidae, its correlation to second subscale of scale of positive feelings toward childcare in puerperium was significantly high in high group. Results suggested that self care during pregnancy is associated with childbirth satisfaction and positive feelings toward childcare. Therefore, we conclude it necessary to give thorough health guidance, to enhance satisfaction and positive feelings.
